30 days of lists blog hop

August 26, 2014

In September I’m taking part in the 30 days of lists challenge. I’ve followed it for a couple of years and finally decided to officially join. For every day of the month there is a prompt for a list and you can choose to document it however you like. I wanted to keep mine super simple but tangible, and I didn’t want to spend any money. So I grabbed this little notebook that I already had. Look at this genius ice cream sandwich idea! >Pretty sure some serious rearranging is going to take place in our house soon in order to get the kids into their own beds. Here is my Pinterest board for kids’ shared spaces. >What to do when you’re feeling overwhelmed. >I’m going to be joining this Bible study group for the first time starting Monday. >Seriously…

August 21, 2014

If you are reading via email or in a feed reader, please click through to the site today! Thank you! Having so fond an affection for you, we were well-pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God but also our own lives, because you had become very dear to us. –1 Thessalonians 2:8 It may sound strange, but when I read those words in my Bible study this week I thought about this blog. Sometimes blogging feels like such a solitary activity, a lot of work for little return, at low points even a waste of time. Sometimes it is hard to open up and be vulnerable. It can be scary to share life. But that is what I’ve decided to…
