In September I’m taking part in the 30 days of lists challenge. I’ve followed it for a couple of years and finally decided to officially join. For every day of the month there is a prompt for a list and you can choose to document it however you like.
I wanted to keep mine super simple but tangible, and I didn’t want to spend any money. So I grabbed this little notebook that I already had.
The inside cover had some random doodles that didn’t relate so I covered it up with some patterned paper and washi tape.
Today, as an introduction, there is a little blog hop. I’ve chosen a topic from the March 2011 lists and made a page as kind of an example of what I will be doing throughout the month:
I think I’ll just check in here halfway through the month and post my lists up to that point, and then the rest at the end of the month. See all the others who joined the blog hop here!
From Shawna:
I love everything about this! I’ll have to keep this in mind for the next round of listing! :)
From Megan Anderson:
The combination of the stamped title and written list looks fantastic! This totally shows how you don’t have to have a bunch of products to make an awesome looking list.
From Janet Carr:
Oh my goodness… just LOVE your journal!!! So AWESOME!!!
From Nora:
What a fun idea! You have a knack for making a regular notebook look totally adorable. Look forward to seeing more from you as the lists go :)
From brooke:
we eat a lot of breakfast for dinner, but don’t have it as a weekly ritual. great idea! love your list and your layout!
From Meg:
Cute notebook! And I totally need to start a “breakfast for dinner” ritual too!

From Akaleistar:
This sounds like a fun challenge!
From Mindy:
So cute!
From Hannah:
Movie, Ice cream and pizza night sounds like a good plan. We used to have family date night which needs resurrecting at some point some.
From Becca Hoelscher:
Friday night dinner. That sounds very Gilmore-esque! ;)
From Gisele Chastain:
That notebook is so adorable and I love the simplicity and personal touch with combining the stamping with your handwriting. What a fun project to look back on!
From April Lilli:
Breakfast for dinner is my favorite!
From Trish:
Ok, I missed this. :) Ignore my comment on Instagram. But it looks like you have to pay for the newer lists? Really?
From Kathleen:
Yeah, you do have to pay for the current lists (although obviously you could just see the prompts from other people as they come out). That’s why I never joined before, but I wanted to give it a try “officially” to see how I like it! I’ll write more about it soon!
