Do you have a specific journal/meal planner that you use to do meal planning, or is it part of your existing planner? I currently just make a list on plain old lined paper but it would be wise to incorporate it into my other planner, probably. Always like to know how other people organize!

I have a section in my notebook for meal planning! You can see how I set it up here. (I do wish I had chosen a smaller sized notebook, but overall this system is working well for me!)
